In Success Behind the Scars Aldric Marshall shares his true story of success and the overcoming of a not-so-favorable upbringing. Having grown up throughout his formative years in a home filled with violence and chaos Aldric Marshall made a decision to succeed and that's exactly what he did. In his younger years Aldric lived in a neighborhood where poverty prevailed and drug dealers ran the streets. He attended special needs classes and graduated high school with a 2.0 GPA barely able to read. Having attended special needs classes affected his self-esteem and he was told over and over again he wouldn't succeed at anything. While working in a scrap yard he found his passion for reading and learning and his life took on a whole new meaning and this took his life's direction in a completely new direction. Aldric went back to school and graduated from college with a 3.8 GPA. He had successfully overcome his learning disability and low self-esteem.Success Behind the Scars shows its reader it is possible to overcome any obstacle in life to reach your dream. You too can rise above your circumstances. Adlric Marshall shares with us the keys he used to overcome his scars. It's not about what we have or don't have.
